RETURNS

Noemie Wilson has a 14-day returns policy. If for any reason you need to return part/all of your order, please email our customer service team: customerservices@noemiewilson.com, within 14 days of receipt of your order. In your email please include:

  • Order number

  • Item and size

  • Request

  • Refund method: Full refund or Credit note

You must return the items(s) to be refunded, in their original condition, neither worn nor washed, within 7 days of the return request being confirmed via email. Item(s) must also be in the original packaging. We recommend items be returned by recorded post, as we cannot be held liable for items not received. 

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 72 hours of receipt. 

EXCHANGES

We are happy to offer an exchange for any items which are defective, please return unworn items in their original condition and packaging. We recommend items be returned by recorded post, as we cannot be held liable for items not received. Exchanges will only be given on items returned within 14 days of receipt of the order. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 72 hours of receipt.

CANCELLED ORDERS

We aim to cancel orders if notified within 1 hour of the order, otherwise it will have to go through the return process.

FAULTY ITEMS

For faulty items which appear to be damaged due to packaging issues or manufacturing defects, please send across pictures and information to customerservices@noemiewilson.com, we take these matters seriously as we aim to provide the highest quality.
